How to Consign

  • We consign high quality designer & contemporary clothing, shoes, bags, & accessories.
  • Items must be sale-ready, in excellent condition, clean, wrinkle free, no damages. 
  • We do not take fast fashion, bridal gowns, low-mid range chain store brands or fur.
  • We do not buy, we are purely consignment.
  • We love unique gems, timeless elegance, European influence & feminine style.
  • Consignment is 60 days. We may reconsign select items automatically.
  • When items sell, consignor receives 50% instant store credit or 40% check payout by request for the 15th of any month.
  • Pricing is based on multiple factors, taking into consideration comparable online resale marketplaces, local demand and condition. Ooh La La! sets the prices. Price requests must be done prior to or at drop off.
  • Santa Fe requires items on hangers so wrinkle free (returned on the spot).
    LA hangers or neatly folded. No garbage bags or bins please. *Keep it pretty.
  • Consignor may PICK UP unsold items, we will give a courtesy call when ready for pick up. Unclaimed items after 7 days of notification are donated to animal shelter thrift stores.
  • It is the consignor's responsibility to inquire on their account or request a check.
  • Consign in-store for an appointment.
  • Consign by email: Specify location in subject, send photos of items/labels from phone to bonjour@oohlalaconsignment.com 

House calls for closet edits & estate visits

  • Let us know an approximate number of items you have
  • Must have a minimum of 25 high end designer label pieces. What are high end designer labels? Think along the lines of Chanel, Dior, Oscar de la Renta, Prada, Gucci, Emanuel Ungaro, Loro Piana, Hermes, Givenchy, Versace, Ralph Lauren Collection, Dolce & Gabbana, Carolina Hererra, Schiaparelli, Yves Saint Laurent, Vivienne Westwood, Thierry Mugler, Louis Vuitton, Original Halston, Jean Paul Gaultier, Alexander McQueen, Bill Blass, The Row, etc...
